Location
Royal Caribbean Resort village is ideally located on a palm-studded stretch of beach just south of the serenely picturesque tropical town of San Pedro, with its shopping, restaurants, and island-style nightlife. Yet the village is far enough from this hub of fun and activity to make sure you have a quiet and very private holiday. Situated on the tip of Ambergris Caye's largest cove, RCR village offers a magnificent view of town, sea, reef, and bay. A feast for the eyes.
Amenities
During your stay you will enjoy the tranquil, expansive village with its newly constructed, air conditioned cabanas charmingly situated near 400 ft. of beautiful beachfront. Make yourself at home in your very own village cabana. Each cabana has everything you need to enjoy your beachside vacation including a comfortable queen sized bed, or two twins, in the private sleeping area, a living room with Satellite TV, bathroom and kitchenette, air conditioning and quiet ceiling fans throughout. Royal Caribbean also has a brand new restaurant, bar and the island's only beach bowling alley!
Lounging
Relax on the expansive deck of RCR's elegant fresh-water pool. At 120 ft. in length, it's perfect for doing laps or lounging with a cocktail, best of all it's open 24 hours a day. An additional 600 ft. of private, virgin beach, reserved exclusively for guests is a guarantee that you will enjoy the rich, native tropical vegetation in a restful and exclusively private atmosphere.
Topless sunbathing is allowed on the beach. Lifeguards are not provided. Use pool and ocean with caution at all times.
Dining
Fido’s Sand Bar Restaurant is located on site and offers breakfast, lunch and dinner at fairly affordable rates:
Breakfast $8-9,
Lunch $12-$17,
Dinner $15-$25. There is also a restaurant at the resort next door as well as dozens of places to eat in the town of San Pedro. Your kitchenette can also be used to prepare meals and there are several supermarkets in town where you can purchase food and liquor.
How to get to the resort
A passport is required to enter Belize. After arriving at the Belize International Airport, you will take a short flight or boat ride to San Pedro Airport, Ambergris Caye. Once in San Pedro you can take a taxi or water taxi to the resort. The steady sea breezes of Ambergris Caye are simply exquisite. Majestic Caribbean winds reach this tropical island where the world's second largest coral barrier reef is just half a mile from Royal Caribbean Resort's shores in Belize. Exotic Belize is tranquil beaches, jungles, mountains, and cave adventures. It is splendid diving, wildlife gems, ancient Mayan history, and archaeology. And all amidst a fabulous mix of African, native Indian, and Latin cultures.
Cabana locations
All cabanas are identical in size and amenities, however they do vary in proximity to the beach, pool and restaurant. Cabanas will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis.
